STAFF CANTEEN COOK

Requirements
• 5 ‘O’ Levels including English
• A Diploma or Certificate in Professional Cookery
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ability to plan, portion and cost meals
• Ordering of canteen provisions
• Ability to cook western and traditional dishes
• Making and serving tea
• Cleaning kitchens and canteen
